Know Your Rights Against ICE

Philadelphians rally against ICE

As ICE unleashes terror in neighborhoods across the country, everyday people are fighting back to protect their communities. From Chicago to Minneapolis, Charlotte to LA, organizers have gained a lot of collective wisdom that they’ve generously shared.

ICE is already kidnapping people off the streets of Philadelphia as neighbors go about their daily lives. Now is the time to build safety plans in our organizations and worksites, intervene as bystanders, and take action to protect our immigrant communities.

That's why we're hosting a Know Your Rights Against ICE training on Wednesday, March 11. This training, hosted by Amistad Law Project and the Abolitionist Law Center, will help us stand united in our knowledge and make sure you know immigration-related rights and best practices in the face of ICE.

What you’ll learn:

  • Rights for all people while in ICE presence
  • How to best protect your worksite or school from an ICE raid
  • How to be a more effective bystander during an ICE raid
  • How to share this information with your communities

We will gather at West Philadelphia Mennonite Church (123 S. 51st St) from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Free food will be provided! Please register below so we have enough for everyone.
